Tagpunch is a fire extinguisher service record app published by Shahrad Azeri Sharghi. This policy explains what the Android app stores, when information can leave your device, and how to contact us.
Information you enter
You may enter customer and site names, site addresses, equipment details, inspection dates and results, notes, deficiency descriptions, a technician name used as a signature, and photographs you select. The app uses this information to keep unit records, show due work, and generate inspection reports.
These records are stored in the app's private storage on your device. Tagpunch does not automatically upload inspection records, photographs, signatures, or reports to us or to a cloud service. The app does not request device location or camera permission; addresses are entered by you, and photographs are chosen with the Android file picker.
Trial and permanent Google Play purchase
Tagpunch permits five free completed inspections. A one-time permanent unlock removes ads and the inspection completion limit; it is not a subscription. Google Play handles checkout and payment. The app receives purchase information and verifies Google's signed receipt, storing the receipt and signature privately to recognize a verified unlock offline. Purchases can be restored using the same Google Play account. The publisher does not receive your payment card details and does not send your inspection records to a purchase-verification server.
Google Play's processing is governed by Google's privacy policy. A successful check with Google Play can update local ownership when a purchase has been canceled or refunded.
Advertising and consent
The free fieldbook may display a Google AdMob banner on Work. The Google Mobile Ads SDK can collect and share an IP address used to estimate approximate location, app/ad interactions, diagnostic information, and device or account identifiers, including advertising and app-set identifiers. These support advertising, analytics and fraud prevention. The app does not request device location permission or supply your customer records, selected photos or typed signatures to AdMob.
Consent is requested when required before ads are requested. Ad privacy choices are available in Options when required. The permanent unlock removes ad requests and displayed banners. Google and advertising partners process ad-related information under their privacy policies; see Google's SDK disclosure and Google's privacy policy.
Sharing, samples and local diagnostics
A report leaves the app only when you choose to share it through Android. The receiving app or person controls that copy. The reviewer sample fieldbook is separate from your own records, contains clearly identified fictional data, and generates sample-marked reports. It does not grant a permanent unlock to your real fieldbook. A limited crash summary may be saved privately on your device; the app does not send these local summaries to the publisher. AdMob's SDK diagnostics are described above.
Storage, retention, and deletion
The app keeps local records while it remains installed. To remove all Tagpunch data stored by the app on a device, use Android's “Clear storage” control for Tagpunch or uninstall the app. Android backup and device transfer of the app's private data are disabled, so cleared or uninstalled records may not be recoverable. Copies you have shared or saved outside the app must be managed separately.
App-private storage and Android's application sandbox limit access by other apps. The app blocks unencrypted network connections. No storage method is an absolute guarantee of security; protect access to your device and keep Android updated.
